The Infilling
of the Holy Spirit

Are you tired of living your life without power, do you want to have a better understanding of the scriptures?

Everyone that has received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and savior is born of the Spirit. But the scripture has promised that Jesus would baptize with the Holy Ghost and fire. Jesus says in Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Are you filled with the Holy Spirit, with the manifestation of speaking in other tongues?

We believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost as a fulfillment of the promise of the Father by the initial physical sign of speaking in other tongues as was done on the day of Pentecost according to Acts 2.

You must receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior before you can receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. If you’ve never received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, click on the cross.

How do I receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit? Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit. (See Luke 11:9)

Pray this prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father, I am your child, Jesus is my Lord and Savior. Jesus said that if I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit, you would do it. In the name of Jesus, I ask you now to fill me with your Holy Spirit, by faith I receive Him now. As I yield my vocal organs I fully expect to speak in tongues as the Spirit gives me utterance. Thank you Father, for filling me with your Holy Spirit. Praise the Lord! Amen!

If you prayed the prayer above, Pastor Bam would like to know.

John 14:15-17,26

If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you and shall be in you.

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Luke 11:13

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

John 7:37-39

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink. He that believeth on me as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive; for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Acts 1:8
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Acts 2:4

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 10:44-46

While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God.

Acts 19:2,6

He said unto them, have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues and prophesied.

1 Corinthians 14:2 and 4

For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

1 Corinthians 14:14

For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
